1. About this site
piersolar.co.uk is operated by Pier Solar, a UK solar system design and installation-matching service. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
2. What we do
Pier Solar designs bespoke solar system specifications and connects enquiries with vetted, MCS-certified installation partners across the UK. Submitting the enquiry form or emailing leads@piersolar.co.uk does not itself create a contract for installation work — that contract, if you choose to proceed, is agreed directly between you and the relevant installation partner.
3. Quotes and estimates
Any figures, generation estimates or specifications provided are illustrative and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing, specification and timelines are confirmed by the installation partner carrying out the work, following a site assessment.
4. No phone line
By design, Pier Solar does not operate a phone line. All enquiries are handled in writing, by web form or email at leads@piersolar.co.uk, so that every enquiry receives a considered, documented response.
5. Accuracy of site content
We take care to keep this site accurate, but scheme names, rates and eligibility criteria referenced on the site (such as government grants or export tariffs) can change. Always confirm the current position with us or the relevant official body before relying on it.
6. Liability
Pier Solar is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent installation partners. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
